Senior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, build, and support the core physical and virtual infrastructure powering our SaaS platform. This hands-on role focuses on VMware Cloud Foundation, enterprise storage, backup, and data center operations, ensuring our systems meet critical service level goals. You will be the on-site expert for our Minneapolis data center, working with cutting-edge technologies including on-premises AI infrastructure.

• Administer VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSAN, NSX, and SDDC Manager
• Manage Pure Storage arrays and Rubrik backup and recovery systems
• Oversee data center operations including rack/stack, cabling, and power management
• Develop automation and infrastructure as code using scripting and IaC tools
• Support Windows Server and Linux environments
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with development teams
