FP&A Manager, Supply

Trane Technologies is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for their Supply business unit. This role involves partnering with finance leaders, driving business insights through analysis, and improving financial processes. • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting for the Supply BU
• Partner with Supply BU Finance Leader and Americas Region FP&A Leader
• Drive business insights through analysis and develop financial tools/dashboards
• Lead process improvement initiatives within Supply Finance
• Manage month-end reporting, forecasting, and annual operating plan development
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
