Infrastructure Engineer

Cboe is seeking a Senior Linux Platform Engineer to manage and improve highly automated Linux-based systems and platforms. This role focuses on automation, system performance, security, and availability, with responsibilities including Kubernetes cluster management, scripting, CI/CD integration, and troubleshooting complex system issues. The position requires a four-day in-office work model.

• Manage and improve Linux-based infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Design, deploy, and maintain on-premises Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
• Automate system workflows and infrastructure tasks using Python, Bash, and configuration management tools
• Collaborate with SRE, Development, and Security teams on CI/CD and platform integration
• Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues involving OS, network, or container runtime
• Implement hardened security configurations and participate in on-call rotation
