Technology and Commercial Lawyer - VP

Mizuho Americas is seeking an experienced lawyer for its Corporate & Technology Legal team to support technology, outsourcing, cybersecurity, and data privacy matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements, and providing legal advice on third-party vendor relationships and emerging legal issues.

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• Advise on legal risks associated with third-party vendor contracting
• Support third-party risk management and procurement teams
• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments in technology law
• JD with bar admission in New York
• At least three years of relevant law firm or in-house experience
