Site Reliability Engineer - ED&A - Global Industrial

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and operational excellence of our Enterprise Data & Analytics platform. You will establish key performance indicators, drive incident response, and implement automation to enhance platform stability and efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across various technical teams and shape the future of our data and analytics services.

• Perform reliability and operational engineering for data and analytics platforms (BigQuery, Fabric, Power BI)
• Establish and govern service-level indicators, objectives, and error budgets
• Analyze telemetry to identify and implement reliability, performance, and efficiency improvements
• Drive automation for provisioning, deployment, remediation, and incident response workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving data platforms, pipelines, and integrations
• Provide technical guidance and engineering standards for EDA services
