About this role

Lead Site Reliability Engineers at Disney Experiences to support e-commerce and consumer products platforms. You will drive infrastructure improvements, implement observability strategies, and champion a DevOps culture across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical commerce platforms.

What we are looking for

Lead and scale DevOps culture, mentoring engineers on observability
Design, build, and support product platforms and development pipelines
Automate infrastructure and operations, create telemetry for monitoring
Engineer high reliability and reinforce best practices for security
Expertise in Linux, Containers, AWS, Azure, GCP, and web technologies
Fluent in Python, Go, and experienced with CI/CD tools and Terraform
