About this role
As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will architect, deploy, and manage production OpenShift clusters across various environments including bare metal, VMWare, and public clouds. You will be the go-to expert for OpenShift, driving best practices, automating operations, and ensuring the security and high availability of our containerized workloads. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to integrate services and enable seamless workload migrations.

- Architect and deploy OpenShift clusters on bare metal, VMWare, and public clouds
- Serve as the primary OpenShift subject matter expert
- Lead cluster lifecycle operations including patching and upgrades
- Enable hybrid workload migrations and optimize performance/cost
- Drive infrastructure security and hardening
- Automate cluster provisioning and maintenance using CI/CD and IaC
