About this role

Allegion is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to serve as a technical authority, shaping reliability architecture and governing SLO/error-budget frameworks across multiple products. You will drive tooling and automation decisions to ensure high system availability at scale, leading through technical expertise and cross-functional influence rather than direct management.

What we are looking for

Define and govern SLO/SLI, error budget, RPO, MTTA, and MTTR frameworks
Lead capacity planning and shape reliability architecture
Serve as SRE technical authority on cross-functional projects
Evaluate and select reliability tooling and automation frameworks
Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
Drive toil reduction through automation and mentor other SREs
