Senior Software Engineer, Corporate Engineering

Aurora is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Corporate Engineering team. This role focuses on treating the internal platform ecosystem as an engineering problem, owning and evolving SaaS platforms like collaboration and incident management tools. The engineer will automate workflows, design identity and lifecycle management, and integrate AI solutions to eliminate recurring issues and improve efficiency.

• Own platforms at the architectural level and set technical strategy
• Engineer away toil by automating recurring requests and redesigning processes
• Design and automate identity and lifecycle workflows across the enterprise
• Lead platform lifecycle management, including assessing and piloting new tools
• Drive adoption of Enterprise AI tooling and build agentic automation
• Serve as the escalation point for complex platform issues
