About this role

As a Cloud Services Engineer, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams, managing support and escalations. You will communicate service delivery health, explain performance issues, and ensure cloud orchestration and automation capabilities meet service level agreements with minimal downtime. This role involves conducting performance meetings to share data and trends, and collaborating with multiple teams to provide solutions and optimize cloud service delivery.
