About this role
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of standard DevOps toolsets and cloud architecture patterns. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment, collaborating with various teams to create developer-focused resources and automate SDLC and infrastructure activities. This role emphasizes an "you build it, you run it" mindset within agile, self-managed teams.

- Architecting and building cloud-native solutions via Infrastructure as Code
- DevOps automation across various technologies including CI/CD, secrets management, and code scanning
- Implementing advanced technology solutions at scale in large enterprise organizations
- Defining and implementing cloud-native operational requirements and observability standards
- Experience with multiple cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Collaborative mentality with ability to communicate with senior technical teams
