About this role

Techwave is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain their AWS cloud infrastructure. This role involves ensuring high availability, resolving incidents, optimizing performance, and supporting enterprise cloud operations within a Managed Services team. The engineer will be responsible for core AWS services, Linux administration, and troubleshooting production environments.

Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure in a Managed Services environment
Perform administration of AWS Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity services
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and restore services within agreed SLAs
Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements
Monitor cloud environments and respond to alerts
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support
