Manager, Classified IT/Applications

Draper is seeking a Manager of Classified IT/Applications to lead a team of system administrators supporting research and development environments. This role involves overseeing daily operations, system maintenance, IT solution deployment, and managing IT technologies across various competencies. The position requires building customer relationships, mentoring team members, and leading IT projects.

• Manage daily operations of classified and unclassified team and program related activities
• Provide oversight and performance management of the team and proactive resource allocation
• Ensure proactive scheduling of program needs and scheduled maintenance of systems to meet RMF accreditation guidelines
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Draper’s Information Assurance teams
• Lead team to conduct the integration/testing, operations, and maintenance of systems security
• Administer processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital
