About this role
PNC is seeking a Principal Software/DevOps Engineer to join their Data and Automation team. This role focuses on containerizing applications and building CI/CD pipelines for Red Hat OpenShift environments, rather than administering the platform itself. You will work closely with platform teams to ensure reliable deployments into enterprise OpenShift environments.
What we are looking for
6- Experience deploying or running applications on Red Hat OpenShift
- Strong experience with container image creation
- Strong experience with Spark, Trino, Airflow, and Iceberg
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts from an application perspective
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
