About this role

Nasdaq is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and own the AWS and Kubernetes platform for a new R&D team focused on responsible AI in financial markets. You will design and automate infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows. This role offers a hybrid work environment in Vilnius, Lithuania.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD
Own Kubernetes clusters end-to-end, ensuring reliability and scalability
Establish observability, secrets management, and reliability practices
Mentor DevOps and software engineers, championing AI-assisted workflows
Drive adoption of AI-based tooling across products and CI/CD pipelines
Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related discipline
