What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
8+ years in IT, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
2+ years of project/technical lead experience
Lead high-severity incident and service restoration bridge calls
Perform root cause analysis in large, multi-system production environments
Experience with generative and agentic AI tools
