About this role

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, health, and performance of cloud-based applications, designing observability systems, and improving the Kubernetes compute platform. You will participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product engineering teams to define and implement best practices for reliability and scalability.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and maintain observability dashboards and alerting
Operate and improve Kubernetes-based compute platform
Work across cloud networking and infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
Investigate and resolve production incidents, including root-cause analysis
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for automation and investigations
Drive adoption of best practices in reliability and observability
