What we are looking for

Design and build large-scale event-driven platforms and big data solutions
Develop innovative solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, Scala, Python) and messaging technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Technical leadership and mentoring of engineering teams
