Air Proprietary 2 RF System IPT Lead and Senior Manager

Lead a multi-discipline engineering team in developing an integrated RF system for the Air Proprietary 2 program. You will be responsible for program execution, technical integrity, and quality across various engineering disciplines and suppliers, while ensuring safety and fostering engineering excellence.

• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) for RF system
• Drive programmatic execution and reporting
• Manage customer and supplier engagement
• Ensure technical leadership and engineering excellence
• Oversee safety of personnel and products
• Coach and develop team members
