About this role

As an Engineer II on the Site Reliability team, you will maintain and operate large-scale Kubernetes clusters across our data centers and multiple public clouds. You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate manual tasks, and contribute to the health and performance of the Falcon platform. This role offers a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in Kubernetes and related monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

What we are looking for

Operate and maintain large Kubernetes clusters in data centers and public clouds
Troubleshoot Kubernetes components including nodes, pods, networking, and control plane
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Automate repetitive tasks using Go or Python
Build and tune alerts and dashboards in Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, and Grafana
3+ years in infrastructure/systems engineering with 2+ years running Kubernetes in production
