Join our team as an AI Platform Engineer to build the agentic platform that will enable AI-driven software delivery across RBC. You will design and implement agents, coding harnesses, and custom skills that automate the full software development lifecycle, from specification to deployment. This is a unique opportunity to shape a foundational platform used by development teams across the entire bank, pushing the boundaries of what AI can automate in software engineering.

What we are looking for

Design and build agents for the full software delivery lifecycle
Develop agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and custom skills
Implement spec-driven development workflows and enforce AI-DLC gates
Automate deployment, release, and post-deployment tasks with AI agents
Partner with DevOps, security, and platform teams for safe production deployment
Evaluate emerging agentic AI platforms and frameworks
