Program Lead, Systems Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Program Lead/Systems Engineer to manage system requirements, integration, and testing for intelligence communication systems. This role involves supervising a team, defining processes, and ensuring the successful design, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems.

• Supervise team of managers and personnel
• Manage system requirements, integration, and testing
• Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of intelligence communication systems
• Employ Systems Engineering approach for planning and execution
• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation
• Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and mitigations
