Lead the platform engineering team responsible for GSK's Enterprise AI solutions, ensuring the availability and efficiency of critical AI infrastructure. You will leverage AI-augmented engineering practices and manage strategic vendor relationships to drive innovation and enhance developer productivity across the organization.

- Lead platform engineering team and set technical direction
- Manage Google Cloud and SaaS platforms (BigQuery, Vertex AI, GKE, etc.)
- Apply SRE principles for platform availability, security, and cost efficiency
- Utilize AI coding assistants for platform automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Enhance developer experience through self-service capabilities and clear documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging AI tooling
