Senior Manager, Site Reliability Engineering - Infrastructure Platform

Okta is seeking a Senior Manager for their Infrastructure Platform and Shared Services team to lead multiple teams focused on Edge networking, Kubernetes, Observability, and automation. This role involves building and scaling a world-class observability platform, accelerating engineering velocity through robust tooling, and managing a high-performing team of engineers and managers.

• Lead the Infrastructure platform and shared services organization
• Build a world-class observability platform and monitoring capabilities
• Accelerate SRE and product engineering velocity with robust platforms and tooling
• Own the design and operation of scalable, self-service Cloud infrastructure platforms
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and managers
• Improve SDLC processes for Cloud infrastructure as a code
