Join Analog Devices' global Developer Experience team as a Staff AI Platform Engineer. You will build and scale AI infrastructure across diverse environments, working closely with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their needs and translate them into reusable platforms. This role focuses on reducing friction in the AI development lifecycle and enabling faster innovation.

What we are looking for

Partner with AI builders to understand infrastructure needs and bottlenecks
Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
Architect compute orchestration and scheduling solutions
Own infrastructure for model serving, inference optimization, and real-time pipelines
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and tooling
Drive security and compliance standards for AI infrastructure
