Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Skyhigh Security, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high availability and performance of our production environment. You will bridge the gap between operations and engineering, focusing on monitoring, incident response, and automating operational tasks to enhance our cloud-native security infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact product uptime and drive continuous improvements through a blend of hands-on technical work and strategic problem-solving.

• Maintain high availability of cloud-native security infrastructure
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews
• Automate operational tasks using Python/Go and AI
• Develop and maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Participate in a global on-call rotation
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
