Senior Systems Engineer

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Goleta, CA to support hardware testing activities as an Environmental Test Engineer and Lab Lead. This role involves planning and conducting various hardware tests, coordinating test fixture design, and ensuring compliance with lab procedures and quality standards.

• Plan and conduct hardware tests (vibration, thermal, shock, etc.)
• Coordinate test fixture design and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program goals
• Provide lab oversight and ensure compliance with procedures
• Safeguard proprietary materials and support audits
• Develop and implement corrective actions and long-range objectives
