About this role

Join Workday's AI Platform team as a Software Development Engineer and build the infrastructure that powers AI agents in production. You will design and implement backend services, systems, and tooling to support the AI application development lifecycle, focusing on distributed systems, orchestration, and developer experience.

What we are looking for

Design and implement backend services for AI agent development platforms
Develop systems for workflow coordination, state management, and tool integration
Write high-quality Python code for platform capabilities and APIs
