About this role

Unisys is seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to provide hands-on support for enterprise data center servers and hardware, including AI infrastructure. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining server hardware in a data center or field service environment. Prior AI experience is not required; strong enterprise server and data center hardware experience is the priority.

What we are looking for

Provide on-site technical support for enterprise server hardware
Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures
Perform hands-on hardware installation, removal, replacement, and repair
Rack-and-stack, server installation, cabling, and configuration
Troubleshoot server hardware, BIOS/firmware, and operating systems
Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
