About this role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design, build, and operation of SailPoint's global Identity Security Cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure a resilient and secure platform, leveraging Kubernetes, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code. This role is key to scaling our cloud infrastructure to meet increasing customer demand and evolving AI-driven capabilities.

What we are looking for

Design, operate, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS)
Define and drive Kubernetes standards and best practices across teams
Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response using GitOps and CI/CD
Scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing customer demand and regional expansion
Collaborate with global engineering teams on service mesh architecture and performance
Ensure information security and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS)
