Systems Engineer

KBR is seeking a Systems Engineer in Melbourne, Australia, to support complex voice and data communication systems. This role involves applying systems engineering expertise to technical risk management, safety assurance, and requirements analysis for critical communication and networked systems. You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions and contribute to impactful engineering outcomes.

• Support sustainment, performance, and evolution of complex voice and data communication systems
• Apply systems engineering expertise to technical risk management, safety assurance, and requirements analysis
• Deliver engineering solutions to enhance system capability, reliability, and operational effectiveness
• Organize workflow and make independent decisions within area of responsibility
• Interpret legislation, policy, and procedures within systems engineering
• Contribute to the development of technical engineering reports, briefs, and presentations

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
