Lead Systems Operations Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer to join their Quality & Test Engineering Operations team. This role focuses on building scalable infrastructure, driving automation, and enabling self-service capabilities using technologies like Generative AI. You will lead complex initiatives, provide systems consultation, and resolve escalated support issues.

• Lead complex, broad impact initiatives and provide high-level systems consultation
• Drive automation, reduce operational toil, and enable self-service capabilities
• Analyze complex technical challenges and escalated support issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams and senior leadership
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience
• Proficiency in observability platforms, ITSM, Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
