What we are looking for

Lead management of Kafka, Pega, Azure, and Kubernetes platforms
Drive reliability through automation, monitoring, and DevOps best practices
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
Lead incident response and continuous improvement activities
Mentor engineers and uplift platform engineering standards
Significant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles
