DataOps Engineer

Greystar is seeking a DataOps Engineer to join our Data Marketplace team, focusing on the reliability and scalability of our enterprise data infrastructure built on Databricks and Azure. This hands-on role involves leveraging AI for advanced observability, diagnostics, and self-healing capabilities within our data pipelines. You will own the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring robust CI/CD practices and operational excellence for our data platform.

• Implement AI-powered observability and anomaly detection for data pipelines
• Operate and optimize Databricks and Azure data services (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Unity Catalog)
• Own the CI/CD deployment lifecycle using GitHub Enterprise and Linear
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted root cause analysis tooling
• Drive cost governance and performance tuning for data infrastructure
• Instrument data quality checks across medallion layers
