Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code. This role involves creating reusable automation frameworks, establishing best practices, and mentoring teams to accelerate operational efficiency across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Ansible playbooks and automation workflows
• Build reusable automation frameworks for server provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Establish automation engineering standards, governance, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers
• Support enterprise environments spanning Linux, Windows, virtualization, cloud, and networking
