As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will leverage software and systems engineering expertise to enhance the reliability, resilience, and scalability of our production services. You will collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle, identify systemic risks, and influence engineering decisions across multiple services. This role is key to ensuring our cutting-edge financial solutions remain robust and performant.

- Improve service reliability, resilience, and scalability using SRE principles
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate reliability into the development lifecycle
- Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and observability strategies
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in CI/CD, IaC, and operational practices
- Identify and resolve systemic reliability risks across multiple services
- Mentor engineers and share best practices to foster a culture of reliability
