About this role

Pfizer Digital is seeking a Manager, Platform & Reliability Engineer to ensure our software is reliable, secure, and performant. You will own the reliability of production services and key parts of the SDLC, helping to build a self-service platform that enables product teams to deliver safely and quickly. This role focuses on automation, AI, and continuous improvement to enhance software and AI solution reliability.

What we are looking for

Build and operate self-service CI/CD workflows and infrastructure as code
Manage Kubernetes platform using GitOps and maintain observability solutions
Operate AI and LLM services in production, including incident response
Define and track service-level objectives (SLOs) and DORA metrics
Ensure database reliability and optimize cloud infrastructure performance and cost
Mentor engineers and lead technical workstreams
