Senior Platform Engineer, AI Systems

Strike is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate the internal AI platform, focusing on the secure connective tissue for agentic systems. This role involves shipping IDE agents, building agentic workflows, and implementing security patterns for AI autonomy. You will be responsible for integrating AI capabilities into production systems, ensuring secure authentication and authorization for agents interacting with real-world infrastructure.

• Build and operate the internal AI platform and secure connective tissue
• Ship and tune IDE agents to accelerate engineering workflows
• Create and run orchestration layers for LLM tool-use
• Implement security patterns for tiered AI autonomy and agent access
• Manage cloud infrastructure on GKE with Terraform and GitOps
• Proficiency in AI enablement patterns like RAG and function-calling
