About this role

As a Cloud Operations Engineer I, you will manage day-to-day operational tasks across AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves handling tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, supporting deployments, and executing patching activities. You will work with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to maintain cloud infrastructure and ensure smooth application operations.

What we are looking for

Handle BAU tickets, service requests, and operational tasks
Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of AWS services and EC2 instances
Support applications on Amazon EKS and perform basic Kubernetes troubleshooting
Assist with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Ansible for deployments and automation
Support Linux and Windows patching and initial OS troubleshooting
Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
