About this role

As a Platform Engineer specializing in Observability, you will be instrumental in transforming Evolent's infrastructure operations. You will provision and manage infrastructure as code, build agentic AI solutions for platform automation, and engineer robust observability solutions using OpenTelemetry. This role is key to our mission of improving healthcare delivery through advanced technology and a culture of continuous improvement.

Provision and change infrastructure exclusively as code
Design and build agentic AI solutions for platform automation
Engineer and manage observability solutions using OpenTelemetry
Deploy and manage containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, ACA)
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implement lasting remediation
Build security and compliance into the delivery path
