Execute blade repair operational changes and develop tooling
Identify and develop programs to reduce time to return units to service
Partner with Program Management and Product Line on design decisions
Lead technical program teams on system trade-offs and optimizations
Communicate recommendations through technical presentations
Lead Services investments from design through launch
