Senior M365 Engineer

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior M365 Engineer to serve as the Level 3 Messaging Engineer for their Collaboration Team. This role is responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of a hybrid enterprise messaging ecosystem, including Exchange Online/On-Prem, Teams, and M365/Entra ID integrations. The position requires 5+ years of experience and involves leading incident response, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring the security and resilience of communication systems.

• Serve as Level 3 Messaging Engineer for Collaboration Team
• Lead Exchange Online/On-Prem, Teams, and M365/Entra ID architecture and design
• Drive modernization of messaging and collaboration platforms
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for messaging services
• Shape identity, provisioning, and directory synchronization models
• Design and automate M365 security controls and policies
