As a Principal Cloud Engineer at Fidelity, you will design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs on AWS and Kubernetes. You will be instrumental in automating deployments, ensuring security, and enhancing observability across our hybrid cloud environment. This role involves collaborating with architecture teams, mentoring junior engineers, and advising senior management on technical strategy.

- Design and implement application-level architecture on AWS and Kubernetes
- Automate cloud deployments using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Vault)
- Develop applications in Python, Go, and Shell scripting
- Implement observability with Datadog, Splunk, and Open Telemetry
- Collaborate with architecture teams on migration and onboarding strategies
