Assistant Director, Platform Infrastructure Engineering Management, HealthCare

Lead the engineering, automation, and operational maturity of critical infrastructure platforms for Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives. This role provides technical leadership across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and reliability, guiding engineering standards, mentoring teams, and driving platform modernization.

• Lead scalable, secure, and resilient platform infrastructure design
• Define platform engineering standards and automation strategy
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and observability initiatives
• Architect and support Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Mentor engineers and drive technical governance
• Partner with security and application teams
