Lead Site Reliability Engineers at Disney Experiences (DX) to ensure the reliability and resilience of critical applications and services for Parks & Resorts worldwide. You will apply engineering approaches like observability and automation to proactively improve service health, reduce operational toil, and enable innovation. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring, and driving SRE and DevOps best practices.

Serve as SRE subject matter expert and technical lead
Drive adoption of service level management (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs)
Lead design, build, and support of products and platforms
Engineer high reliability and secure company data
Mentor and guide other site reliability and systems engineers
Lead Major Incident response and retrospectives
