Lab IT & OT Systems Administrator

Lila Sciences is seeking a Lab IT/OT Systems Administrator to manage and improve the computing infrastructure within their laboratory environments. This role bridges corporate IT and operational technology, focusing on workstations, edge compute, and lab networking to ensure reliable scientific operations. You will also contribute to defining standards and scaling the IT/OT function as the company grows.

• Administer and troubleshoot laboratory computing assets and network infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve Lab IT incidents and service requests
• Support IT-side for laboratory instruments and automated platforms
• Maintain accurate Lab IT asset records and manage security alerts
• Contribute to standardized device catalog and secure onboarding of new instruments
• Support laboratory network infrastructure and segmentation standards
