Kubernetes Platform Engineer – AI Infrastructure

Join Cisco's Platform Engineering team to design, build, and operate large-scale, on-prem Kubernetes infrastructure for AI/ML platforms. You will lead technical direction for scalable systems, manage the Kubernetes control plane, and architect ML platforms using Infrastructure as Code and Golang. This hybrid role requires strong on-prem Kubernetes experience and offers opportunities to influence platform strategy.

• Design, build, and operate large-scale on-prem Kubernetes platforms
• Architect scalable, multi-tenant platform infrastructure for AI/ML and GenAI workloads
• Enable and optimize AI/ML workloads, including GPU-based environments
• Build platform capabilities using Kubernetes controllers, operators, CRDs, and Golang/Python
• Implement Infrastructure as Code, automation, and AIOps
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML or GPU workloads on Kubernetes
