About this role

We are seeking a Platform System Reliability Engineer to manage our EKS Kubernetes environment, which powers our global grid software SaaS products. You will be responsible for the security, scalability, and resilience of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its readiness to support critical energy systems. This role involves the full lifecycle of production clusters, from setup and performance tuning to patching and security.

What we are looking for

Design and deploy hardened EKS clusters across multiple AWS regions
Build and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for cloud infrastructure provisioning
Implement security guardrails and secure network perimeters aligned with NERC CIP and IEC 62443 standards
Lead platform-level testing and disaster recovery exercises to validate uptime targets
Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex Kubernetes and platform issues
Institutionalize platform monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana
