Systems Engineer I - Onsite

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer I to join their team in McKinney, TX. This entry-level role focuses on the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electro-optical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met and contribute to the development of next-generation optical systems.

• Support system performance analysis, Integration and Test
• Conduct tests on optical and electrical components and integrated systems
• Identify and resolve issues during testing
• Perform integration, verification, and validation testing/reporting
• Document test results and create comprehensive test reports
• Decompose requirements and define system interfaces

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
