Development, Security, and Operations Engineer

Fenwick is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support and scale citizen development initiatives. This role bridges business innovation with enterprise engineering standards, focusing on enabling non-traditional developers to transition experimental applications into secure, production-ready solutions. You will establish SDLC best practices, create DevSecOps "golden paths," and perform code reviews with an emphasis on security and maintainability.

• Partner with citizen developers to refactor, harden, and productionize applications
• Establish and enforce SDLC best practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Create and maintain reusable DevSecOps "golden paths"
• Perform code reviews with emphasis on security vulnerabilities
• Integrate and operate automated security tooling
• Support deployments through controlled CI/CD pipelines
